SCHOOL IN BRITAIN
Brithish children go to school from Mondey to Friday, but the
don’t go at the weekend. They wear a uniform at school. Boys wear trousers
and girls wear skirts in the school colours, and they all wear shirts and sweaters.
School starts at about 9 o’clock, and the students usually have break
in the middle of the morning at lanctime the don’t go home. They have
lanc at school, in the canteen. After lunch the students have some more lessons,
and then school finishes at about half past three. On Wednesday afternoon most
school do sports. Popular sports are rugby, football, cricket, tennis, and hockey.
There are other activities in the lunch break or after school, for example,
music and drama clubs or other sports.

I ragazzi britannici vanno a scuola da Lunedì a Venerdì,
ma non vanno nel fine settimana. Vestono la divisa a scuola. I maschi indossano
i pantaloni e le femmine la gonna del colore della scuola, e tutto indossano
la camicia ed il maglioncino.
La scuola inizia alle nove circa e gli studenti fanno una pausa a metà
mattina.
A mezzogiorno non vanno a casa. Pranzano a scuola, in mensa. Dopo pranzo gli
studenti fanno altre lezioni, e poi la scuola finisce circa alle tre e trenta
minuti. Mercoledì pomeriggio molte scuole fanno gli sport. Gli sport
popolari sono rugby, calcio, cricket, tennis e hockey.
Ci sono altre attività nella pausa pranzo e dopo la scuola, per esempio,
musica e club teatrali e altri sport.
